Mike Bruno
Founder and Principal
An entrepreneur for over 28 years, Mike set out on a mission of helping contractors and other business owners with strategies for growing and sustaining more profitable businesses. Today Mike operates several side hustles -Small Business Consulting Group, Stone Creek Construction Group, and is a Co-host on the Profit By Design Podcast. In 2015, he also ventured into real estate development and investment.
Through the school of hard knocks, and by working with some of the best business coaches, mentors, and colleagues, Mike has mastered the ins and outs of running a businesses, and has become a sought-after industry speaker & consultant with his eyes set on sharing his knowledge and expertise to other entrepreneurs.

Veronica has over 15 years’ experience in business systems & methodology. Her roles at various companies have paved the way for a depth of knowledge in financials, project management, brand management, process improvement, and business systems administration. She is an integral part of the success of our programs and client successes.
